Scope and Service Notes
- Project work and after-hours work are quoted separately unless included in a separate agreement.
- Servers, firewalls, network infrastructure, backup services, and additional business locations may be billed separately.
- Existing environments require an onboarding review before final service acceptance.
- Support is subject to reasonable-use expectations and defined response targets.
- Onsite support, priority response targets, backup monitoring, restore testing, and reduced project labor rates are scoped during onboarding.
- Backup monitoring and restore testing require supported backup systems, proper access, and agreed testing procedures.
What Counts as an Endpoint?
An endpoint is any workstation, laptop, server, or supported device receiving monitoring, security software, patching, management, or technical support.
Servers, firewalls, network infrastructure, backup services, and additional locations may be billed separately.
