Scope and Service Notes

- Support is subject to reasonable-use expectations and defined response targets.
- Advanced managed detection and response, dedicated email security filtering, DNS/web filtering, and security-awareness training may be offered separately as add-on services when scoped.
What Counts as an Endpoint?
An endpoint is any workstation, laptop, server, or supported device receiving monitoring, security software, patching, management, or technical support.
Servers, firewalls, network infrastructure, backup services, and additional locations may be billed separately.
