How to Submit a Deletion Request

Submit your request through the contact form on the RavenHawkTech website. In the message, write “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name and preferred contact email.
• The website, app, or service you used.
• The account, username, or Meta-connected profile involved, if applicable.
• A brief description of the information you want deleted.
• Any details that help us locate your records without sending sensitive documents unnecessarily.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary government identification through the contact form.

Identity Verification

To protect users, RavenHawkTech may verify your identity before deleting data. Verification may involve confirming control of the email address used with the service, matching request details to existing records, or asking reasonable follow-up questions. If we cannot verify that you are the data subject or an authorized representative, we may deny or limit the request and explain why.

Processing Time and Confirmation

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving enough information to verify and complete the request. If a request is complex, unclear, or affected by retained records, we may contact you for clarification. If you connected a RavenHawkTech app to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, you may request deletion of app data through the RavenHawkTech website contact form using the steps above. Include the platform involved and the profile or account identifier you used, but do not send your password.
